This quilted mat is 32" wide X 80" long. This yoga mat has cotton front and back material with 3 layers of a cotton/poly (88/12%) batting with rubberized feet on all 4 corners of the back and an elastic band to hold it in a rolled position used as a carry handle. This mat is good for someone 5 ft. to 6 ft. tall that prefers a wider mat than the standard 30" mat. This mat comes as a whole cloth front and back with three layers of Cotton/poly batting between the layers, and has a chainlink type of quilting design on it. This mat includes the rubber mesh corners to prevent slippage. This particular mat is a little wider (32 W X 80 L) for more stretching room. Weighs 2.5 lbs.
